Land development btw Charter Colony and LeGordon
A public meeting is scheduled for Sept. 6th, at Midlothian High School at 7PM. A new large scale developer, Edens and Avant, will discuss their proposed plans for the tract of land on Midlothian Tnpk. between Charter Colony and LeGordon. They will
present their plans, discuss their wetlands issues, and try to learn what the community's concerns or questions are.
